Inside Bethenny Frankel’s One-of-a-Kind Soho Loft

The wood floors are pure perfection.

If you’ve ever dreamed of living like a Real Housewife, now’s your chance. Bonus: you’ll have Bethenny Frankel, the Skinny Girl-slinging reality-TV diva herself, as your landlord.

Frankel bought the luxurious 2-bedroom Soho loft for $4.2 million in 2014, and renovated it while simultaneously offloading her previous loft-style home in Tribeca.

Frankel attempted to sell the Soho property earlier this year without luck. Now, the unit is priced at $4.95 million, and Frankel is hoping to rent it out for $13,500 a month until the right buyer comes along.

We envy the lucky renter who moves in, because the space is truly one-of-a-kind. The distinctive loft is fitted with high arched windows, a working wood-burning fireplace, a small balcony, and gorgeous finishes galore, par for the course in a Frankel property.

The kitchen is Bulthaup, with an expansive island, white marble countertops, and appliances by Miele, Subzero and Wolf.

Other notable features include a custom walk-in wardrobe (with a shoe closet!) and a serene master bathroom fitted with a soaking tub and steam shower.

See more of the space below.
